Jeffrey Thompson is an Advanced Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist Registered Nurse at Westfields Hospital & Clinic in New Richmond, WI and Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater, MN. In addition to being an Advanced Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, he also serves as the Diabetes Education Department Lead at Westfields Hospital & Clinic and also is a member of the ADCES Technology Committee.
