Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or make a change to your registration, please contact CME@HealthPartners.com

Refunds:

• 14 or more days prior to the event: Full refund will be issued
• 7-13 days prior to the event: 50% of paid registration fee will be refunded
• Less than 7 days prior to the event: No refund will be issued

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Right to Cancel or Postpone

HealthPartners Office of Continuing Medical Education reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that an event must be canceled or postponed, the registration fee will be fully refunded. HealthPartners Office of CME is not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline, travel or lodging agencies.
